We read your request properly, ask the few questions that matter and confirm what a good outcome looks like for you.

Source & qualify
We search relevant market sources and counterparties, then check what can be checked: identity, role and consistency of the offer.

Agree the framework
Scope, confidentiality and the commercial basis are put in writing before contact details are exchanged.

Coordinate
We keep the exchange moving — documents, clarifications, timing — while the parties contract directly with each other.

- We answer in writing, and we say plainly when something is outside what we can do.
- We separate what is documented from what is still to be verified.
- We do not circulate your details to third parties without your agreement.
- We work to an agreed written scope before any introduction is made.
- We keep confidential information confidential, including who is asking.
- Availability, price and condition are reported as the counterparty states them, and identified as such.
Scope and responsibilities
- Our role is sourcing, qualification and commercial coordination: we search, check what can be checked and organise the next step.
- Equipment is supplied, owned and warranted by the counterparty; availability, condition and price remain theirs to confirm, and we do not finance, install or guarantee them.
- Any mandate, authorisation or representation is confirmed in writing for the transaction concerned.
- We are based in Paris and work internationally, without legal representation, financial, payment or security services.
