The guided form on this website

The form on the contact page does not send anything. It only assembles the text you type into a structured message. The website does not automatically submit or persist your form answers: they stay in your browser’s memory for the length of your visit and are not placed in the page address. If you choose to copy the text, download it as a .txt file, or open your email app, the content is transferred to your clipboard, your device or your mail application at your request, and the storage policies of those tools then apply. We receive your information only once you actually send the email yourself.

Cookies and measurement

We add no analytics, advertising or profiling tools of our own and set no cookies for those purposes, so no consent banner is displayed for them. As with any hosted website, the hosting platform may keep technical logs (including IP addresses) and use strictly technical cookies or similar mechanisms for security, availability and abuse prevention; those are described in the platform’s own documentation.

Data we receive by email

Your name, company, email address, any telephone number you choose to add, and the content of your requirement or offer. We do not ask for identity documents, banking details or other sensitive documents in an initial enquiry, and this website has no upload function, so please leave them out of a first email. If a transaction later requires legitimate verification checks, the documents needed and the channel used are agreed with you beforehand.

Purpose and legal basis

Answering and qualifying your request, and preparing or performing a commercial engagement — legitimate interest and, where applicable, performance of a contract.
Introducing you to a counterparty — only after you have agreed to that introduction. We do not circulate your details to third parties without your agreement.
Keeping records of transactions and correspondence to meet accounting and legal obligations — legal obligation.

There is no newsletter and no marketing sign-up on this website. We do not sell personal data.

Recipients

Counterparties, only with your agreement, and the service providers used to operate the business (email and website hosting) acting on our instructions. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union under the transfer safeguards provided by the GDPR.

Retention

Requests that do not lead to an engagement are kept for up to three years from the last contact. Records related to a concluded transaction are kept for the legally required accounting period.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interest, by writing to contact@all4life.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
